What should I do if the "Earth Faulting" or “Err:pin” appears on the charger screen ?

Please check if the grounding is correct. And you can also go to "Menu", find "Setting" and set ‘Ground Check’ to solve this problem.

Bonjour,
Je viens d’installer la station de recharge et en la démarrant j’ai le message d’erreur fault earthing.
J’ai vérifié la terre tout est OK.
Merci de m’aider pour trouver pourquoi il y a ce message d’erreur
