Q: Why is the scheduled start/stop function not working?

A: If you attempt to initiate charging via the APP after the charging connector is plugged into the vehicle, the scheduled start/stop function may be overridden. After setting the schedule, do not manually start charging via the APP, as this will override the scheduled settings and cause them to fail.
Correct Procedure: Connect the charging connector > Set the schedule in the APP > Await the scheduled time; the system will automatically commence/terminate charging.
