Q: My charger gets quite warm during operation. Is this a safety concern?

A: Rest assured, our charger is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system. If the temperature reaches 85°C (185°F), the device will automatically shut off to ensure safety. Under normal full-load operation, the temperature typically ranges between 50-60°C (122-140°F), which is within safe operating limits.
If you'd like to further reduce the temperature, we recommend:
1.Pause charging – Allow the device to cool for 30 minutes before restarting.
2.Reduce charging current – Lowering the current can effectively decrease operating temperature.
