An EV charger or EVSE(Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) provides electrical current safely to your electricvehicle's onboard charger which charges the vehicle's battery. The EV charger communicates with the vehiclethrough the charging port to monitor the state of charge and stop the session when the batteries are full.
