feyree FYE11 white 7 kw charger ground error shows

when the FYE11 model got grounding error shows ,, the station is shows red light flash 8 times

why this error shows ?

The machine does not detect grounding.

There are two reasons:

1. The charger is not connected to the ground wire

2. The metal rod of the ground wire is not buried deep enough (the metal rod needs to be buried 2 meters deep)

3. The ground wire is not in good contact with the metal rod and there is rust (it is best to weld it)
